WSU is working to minimize the impact of this regulation through national college and university organizations. These efforts have resulted in a lessening of the reporting burden but significant portions of the rule still apply to WSU.

Chemicals of interest include pure reagents, their mixtures and solutions, commercial products, and agricultural chemicals; these must be reported.

This inventory tool has been developed for WSU faculty, staff, contractors, and tenants to inspect their chemical inventory and:

Please call EH&S at (509) 335-3041 during university business hours for assistance if you have questions regarding the inventory tool.

Your participation is essential in complying with this new regulation. We appreciate your cooperation.
