Accident Prevention Program

Each unit is required to have a written Accident Prevention Program. Available from OHS is a template to assist units in developing and implementing the program. The template is designed with fill-in the blanks and check boxes so units can easily and quickly implement an Accident Prevention Program specific to their needs.

You can download the Accident Prevention Program Template if you have Microsoft Office with Word97
The entire template is 83 pages long and is formated for printing.
